Case Studies

01.Spacechem

Clients goals:

Spacechem was interested in launching new products, they were conscious of how competitive the Amazon marketplace has become and wanted to make sure they launched brands and products in categories where they could play to their advantage.

What we did:

We worked with Spacechem to understand what their numbers were and what a viable product would look like. We used our in house 10-point framework to assess the viability of their product ideas and product pipeline. We also provided them with insights on what products might be successful and why.

We then worked with them to launch a sandbox testing environment to help them gather data on demand, product sell through rates, and the advertising cost of sales on shortlisted products.

What we achieved:

Spacechem were able to  make data-driven decisions about products that would be successful in the marketplace and avoid investing in products that could have failed. They were also able to strategically direct their resources into campaigns and products that showed favourable results from Sandbox testing.

02. Nazar PPE

Clients goals:

Nazar PPE had found themselves in a predicament, they had heavily invested in protective equipment but were struggling to list their stock on Amazon because it was consistently disapproved which meant that they were generating no sales even though they were spending money every month on carrying costs.

What we did:

We worked with Aaron from Nazar PPE, to give his store the best chance of success, this included keyword research to understand what his customers were searching, and listing optimisation to improve conversions and encourage Amazon's A9 to show his products to customers. We also launched PPC campaigns to drive sales to his new listings.

What we achieved:

In 90 days Aaron generated over 5 figures in sales and at the peak of his campaign he had an 8% ACOS which meant he went from losing money to becoming profitable.

03. ACCIO

Clients goals:

Accio was already selling on Amazon but as a premium sustainable brand they struggled to gain traction in a very competitive cost sensitive category.

What we did:

We worked with Accio, to redesign her images and listings to be more Amazon shopper focussed, we also designed strategies to drive off platform traffic to rank organically for  main search terms.

What we achieved:

Accio has already seen a 100% growth in sales and have enjoyed more traffic on their website as a result of the brands exposure on Amazon.
